INTERNSHIP IN NAIROBI, KENYA - LOCAL OUTREACH & CHURCH LIFE (June 5 - August 1, 2017): A great opportunity for college-aged students and young adults to get a taste of what ministering in an international church (New City Fellowship-Nairobi) overseas looks like by moving in and out of the different ministries, getting a sample of team life, having opportunities to gain insight of the different cultures, ministering to Kenyans while being discipled by others, and traveling outside of Nairobi to encourage the rural church in Kenya. The members come from all religious backgrounds (Hindu, Islam, Sikhism, as well as some tribalism), all economic backgrounds, and are of different nationalities. While there, the intern/s will have a chance to spend time with MRPC-supported missionaries Erick & Kimberly Apel, and George & Martha Mixon. Click here for an overview of the experience, the duration, the cost, and the contact person. REGULAR DECISION IS JANUARY 9, 2017.
